Canceling an item: Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. This applies to all our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of magazines, comics or graphic novels, or on video, DVD, audio, video games and software products where the item has been unsealed.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order and the items returned in good order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.

Albion Comics does not distribute, sell, or rent your name or personal information to any third party. We do not share any statistics with any third-party vendors and will never provide any personal or specific information about the individuals who buy from us. Your personal information will not be used for any purpose other than to send product or track orders, nor will it be divulged to anyone outside of our company, unless required by law or legal process. We only ask for the information we need to complete an order: your name, email address, mailing address, and credit card number and expiration date in order to process your order, fill it, and communicate with you regarding its status.

We only email customers information about store items and sales when they request it.
